Jon Baker
Jon leads our coaching and church planting initiatives with vision and purpose. Drawing from his professional background in strategic planning and leadership development, he partners with Vision USA and Vision Latin America to empower local pastors using innovative GSE (JCG) principles. His dedication has helped establish thriving faith communities throughout Mexico.

Mindy Baker
Mindy brings warmth and wisdom to our couples ministry, creating spaces where relationships can flourish. Her gentle guidance helps couples build stronger marriages through practical tools and compassionate support.

WORKING WITH VISION USA
For nearly a decade, we have been partnering with Vision USA using the GSE process started by Dr. Tony Webb in 2007.
Over the last few years, God used this process to start over 70 new churches in Mexico and the Caribbean.
